Social Enterprise
Bike Shop

TWV receives thousands of bike donations every year and not every bike is appropriate for our youth programs. We take these bikes and bike parts and sell them in our retail shop located in Inglewood! 100% of the shop proceeds are funnelled back into programming, making TWV less reliant on government funding.

GAP Employability Program

GAP is a 8-week skills-based employability program for young adults 18 – 24 that aims to remove barriers to employment through hands on training in mechanics and employment skills. Participants are paid and are trained in bike mechanic, retail sales and learn soft skills that will help them find a job after graduation.
