BGCBigs’ delivers impactful mentoring, out-of-school programming and youth engagement initiatives for children and youth ages 6–24, by creating meaningful opportunities that empower young people to thrive.

BGCBigs’ Youth Employment program helps young people build workplace skills, explore career paths and prepare for their future through hands-on support and real-world experience. Through workshops, coaching and job opportunities, participants gain practical tools while discovering their strengths and interests. The program helps youth build meaningful connections and a clearer path toward employment and independence.

BGCBigs’ In-School Mentoring program connects students with caring adult mentors during the school day to help them feel supported, engaged and connected at school. Through regular visits, mentors provide encouragement, friendship and a positive outlet for conversation and activities. These consistent relationships help young people strengthen social skills, build resilience and create positive school experiences.
